Can't See or Access new plugs

Hmm, rather strange behaviour, especially taking into account that it’s on two devices. I guess you are pressing “Save” at the bottom of the web page when you are entering your wifi credentials. You can try to set an Access point on your phone and connect to it instead of your home wifi.

Yes. It finds my SSID for my wireless network, and adds it to the information page. I add the password to the line and can see it there. I hit save, the system thinks and disconnects from my phone. But (unlike a video I watched on YouTube) it never shows me the IP address assigned by my router. If I log back in, its like it forgot the process I just completed. At least once I was able to get it to hold onto the credentials and the router assigned it an IP address but the connection was refused each time I tried to login to the plug so I could finish the set up so I could get it connected to Tasmoda in my Home Assistant set up. This is the case with both of the plugs I purchased.

I agree, strange behaviour. I did notice that if you press enter/carriage return after entering the password, it can attempt to restart and connect but hasn't actually saved the credentials. I had this a few times.

I configure with my iPad and I enter the password, then I hide the keyboard because it covers the Save button and then I make sure I clearly press the Save button.

If that's not the issue then I would suggest perhaps reserving a static IP on your router for the switch's MAC address and then setup. It could be something in the way your router gives out DHCP dynamic addresses.

I run OpenDHCP server myself, rather than using the router. This way its easy to specifiy all the desired IP address reservations in a text file.
