I bought 4 bulbs a couple of months ago and just finally got around the testing the last of the four over the weekend, and as luck would have it, that one was dead (the other three work perfectly and are very nice indeed). No light, no indication that the lamp is powered up at all.
Any ideas? I reached out for warranty via contact us but have no yet had any response.
Further to the question. The lamp shows as an open circuit with a multimeter, so it is likely just disconnected internally.
