First bit of lights are controllable but later lights are a solid color

I have a WLED ESP32 Music Addressable LED Strip Controller that was working well on all the lights. I updated the firmware with this link:

Now the first bit of led can be controlled with the app but the later less are a solid blue and can not be controlled. The orange leds are controllable but the blue are not. Any ideas on what is causing it?

Is it normal before the upgrade? Try to reset the device and then configure it again.

It worked as expected with all the LEDs controlled correctly before the update. After the upgrade it worked as expected for a few days then they stopped being controlled.
